1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kai’s Box or any related services operated under “PeopleAI” (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. About Kai’s Box / PeopleAI
Kai’s Box is an online platform that offers access to artificial intelligence (“AI”) models and tools, collectively branded as PeopleAI.
We provide AI chat, automation, enrichment (OSINT/breach lookup), and related productivity tools for personal and business use.
Some features are free, while advanced or premium services require a paid subscription.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If we detect misuse, unauthorized sharing, or policy violations, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals
a. Plans
- Free Plan: Limited access to PeopleAI’s basic features.
- Paid Plans: Monthly and yearly subscriptions offering advanced capabilities, integrations, and premium model access (e.g., GPT-5, Gemini, Claude).
b. Payment Processing
- Payments are securely handled by Stripe and Flutterwave.
- Kai’s Box does not store or handle card data directly.
- Currency conversion (USD, GBP, EUR, or other major currencies) is handled automatically by the payment provider.
c. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or unsubscribe link.
d. Refunds
Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial payment if you have not significantly used the paid features.
Ongoing monthly or yearly renewals are non-refundable once processing begins.
Exceptional cases (e.g., double billing, service downtime) will be handled by contacting info@kaisbox.com.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or hateful content.
- Harass, abuse, or infringe the rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer or extract proprietary data from the platform or its AI outputs.
- Attempt to bypass payment systems or access paid services without authorization.
- Use AI outputs for criminal, discriminatory, or fraudulent activities.
- Resell or rebrand PeopleAI outputs without written permission.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
7. AI Content Disclaimer
PeopleAI provides responses generated by third-party AI models (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude) and internal logic.
While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may be incomplete, biased, or incorrect.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI content is provided “as is” for informational purposes only.
- Kai’s Box is not liable for actions taken based on AI output.
- You must verify information before relying on it for professional, legal, or financial decisions.
8. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Key points:
- We collect and process personal data (e.g., email, subscription info, chat history) to operate the Service.
- Payment data is handled by Stripe and Flutterwave — we do not store payment credentials.
- We comply with GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, CCPA, and other major data-protection laws.
- You can request data access or deletion anytime at info@kaisbox.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, source code, and proprietary features of Kai’s Box / PeopleAI are owned by Kai’s Box or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Service without written permission.
AI-generated content you create remains yours (you retain rights to your own input and output), subject to compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
PeopleAI integrates APIs from OpenAI (GPT-5), Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and external enrichment APIs (e.g., HaveIBeenPwned).
Each provider has its own terms and privacy policy.
By using PeopleAI, you also agree to abide by their respective terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Kai’s Box shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
- AI errors or misinterpretations
- Service downtime or API unavailability
- Payment provider issues
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the preceding three (3) months.
12. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law.
- You engage in abuse, spam, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- You misuse AI outputs or commit fraud.
Upon termination, you lose access to all premium features and stored data associated with your account.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website.
Significant changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
